The Studio Paint Bar's origin comes from a time when owner and mom of two, Julia, painted with her oldest son, Arjun. Sharing their love for art and doing something together was so fulfilling and she had a thought come to her mind about one day opening a paint studio. Fast forward and here she is!

While the focus of most of the paint nights are for 19+, she loves the concept and believes in its value for keeping students engaged. Therefore, each class is structured much like a paint night with a mini lecture and then step-by-step rapid instruction that keeps the student engaged during a short format class. The young minds love to feel the accomplishment at the end of the class when they see their completed painting and are waiting for the next class!

Each Student will be receiving coaching on the session and interactive tutoring from The Instructor.

Course Description:

In this 5 week course, we learn to paint the basic elements in nature with a focus on painting with realism and abstract technique. Designed to equip students aged 8-13 and up with the tools to harness their creativity in composition in acrylic painting, this course will be fun and exciting. Each class creates a completed masterpiece within 2 hours and students will complete their own creation for the last session.

$225 for 9 classes (up to 2 hours each class depending on class pace each session)

Art kits include/supplies needed:

4 x Flat Brushes from 1 inch-0.5 inch and two smaller brushes- brushes must be flat- Bright Brushes for the course.

9 x 12x16 canvas

5 x 1qt. (0.94L) paint bottles

9 x table cloths for easy clean-up.
